We are located in the Newburyport, MA area and quickly found a love for charcuterie... especially cheese. The owner Samm's favorite cheese is a nice sharp cheddar, and loves to pair it with proscuitto.

 

We decided to start this business to provide an opportunity for people to sample high quality products from local food partners and creatively present these boards as a centerpiece when hosting their next party or event. A party isn't a party until a charcuterie board and some good homemade wine is involved! Our promise is to ensure our products are chosen from local markets and highly-preferred reputable small businesses in the area to provide customers with the best experience with a reasonable price.

 

We strive on finding local businesses that can help us make our boards a one-of-a-kind experience. We pride ourselves on sourcing and curating quality products we love from family-owned and women-owned businesses. Our boards can include homemade local honey, jams and jellies, baked goods and even custom made wooden cutting boards.

 

True Winds means the direction and speed of the wind felt when stationary at anchor or on land. When we were researching a name for our business, we decided to combine our hometown which is a coastal town on the Atlantic Ocean, and our love for being at peace and feeling happy. Having the wind blow through our hair while eating some fancy cheese is pretty peaceful and calming if you ask us!
